Unlimited Lifetime Warranty.
First, we offer a lifetime warranty on any and all material or craftsmanship defects for every product we manufacture.

We have a 100% in-house inspection protocol and we insure all our shipments. So please, if something slipped through the cracks, call us at 801.671.9980 or email us at info@predator-defense.com to let us know what went wrong. We’ll replace it, fix it or get you a refund for it, to make things right.

Second, we take what we do seriously. We make personal protection products that are meant to help keep you safe in situations most of us don’t even want to think about.

Try it out. Learn the technique. Make sure you like it. If you’re not completely satisfied with it, for whatever reason, you can return it.

Returns.
Third, we give you a full 60 calendar days to evaluate the products we make. So, if you’re buying it as a gift, shipping it overseas to someone down-range or you just don’t want to be rushed, you have plenty of time to put it through its paces.

That said, if you want to be able to return one of our products, it must come back to us in its original condition and packaging. So please keep that in mind while you’re testing it.

We don’t charge penalties, processing fees or restocking fees for properly returned products.

Refunds and Replacements.
Fourth, to get a refund or replacement to you as soon as possible, we sort returns out from all other incoming shipments. So be sure to get an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number from us and a Tracking Number from whoever you use as a shipper. This way we’ll know to look for it and we can contact you if we don’t receive it on time.

You initially pay the shipping costs for returning the product to us, and you are responsible for any insurance you want to put on a return shipment. If we don’t receive the product, we can’t process a refund or replacement.

If it’s a warranty issue and you want a replacement:

  • We’ll reimburse you for the return shipping costs.
  •  We’ll pay for shipping the replacement to you.

If it’s a warranty issue and you want a refund:

  • We’ll reimburse you for the return shipping costs.
  •  We’ll reimburse you for the original shipping costs.

If it’s not a warranty issue and you want a replacement (For example, if you want a different configuration of the same model shroud):

  • You remain responsible for the original and the return shipping costs.
  • You pay for shipping the replacement to you.

If it’s not a warranty issue and you want a refund:

  • You remain responsible for the original and the return shipping costs

Third-Party Products.
For the convenience of our customers, we offer a selection of third-party products that are directly related (i.e., holsters, lights, sights, etc.) to the products we manufacture.

While our warranty does not cover third-party products, we do allow you to return third-party products under the same terms and conditions described above.
